Please carefully read these Standard Membership Rules for Aurenteni.com, which apply to all Aurenteni.com Club members. If you do not wish to comply with these Rules, you should immediately cancel your membership in accordance with section 4 below.
1. Membership. Subject to your compliance with these Rules and payment of the membership fee you agreed to when joining Aurenteni.com you will have a membership with Aurenteni.com Club including the right to purchase merchandise at exclusive club prices from Aurenteni.com.
2. Registration. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information, including your legal name, street address, email address and country/origin. Providing your telephone number is optional, however, Aurenteni.com recommends your provide this information to us should we need to contact you regarding your membership and/or any orders you place with Aurenteni.com . All information will be subject to the standard Aurenteni.com Standard Privacy Policy as stated in section 5 below. You warrant that any credit card or bank account information you provide to PayPal is accurate and that you have the right to use the account.
3. Renewal Fees. For an annual renewal membership fee (which is currently £25.00) you will receive updated wholesale price lists and other information available to Aurenteni.com Club members. Aurenteni.com may change prices or institute new fees at any time. The renewal membership fee will be automatically charged annually on your anniversary month to the credit card or bank account you have provided to Paypal, unless you inactivate or cancel your membership in accordance with section 4 below.
4. Cancellation. If you cancel your membership within 10 days of joining Aurenteni.com Club you are eligible for a 50% refund of your membership fee. After 10 days, no refund will be given. Cancellation will void all rights to club benefits from Aurenteni.com
5. Privacy. Aurenteni.com takes privacy matters seriously. Your information will be kept private and will only be used by Aurenteni.com. We will not sell or disclose your information.
6. Termination. Aurenteni.com Club may immediately terminate your membership if you breach any provision of these Rules, or if you fail to pay any fees or charges when due. Aurenteni.com Club also reserves the right to terminate any membership upon refund of the most recent annual fee. If your membership is terminated for any reason other than non-payment, you may not rejoin Aurenteni.com Club, either directly or through another person.
7. Communication. Throughout the course of your membership, Aurenteni.com Club may contact you for administrative and promotional reasons by mail, email or telephone. You may be able to opt out of some of these communication channels by contacting Aurenteni.com Club and requesting a removal of such communication.
8. Prohibited Activities. You may not directly or indirectly (a) use the names Aurenteni.com Club in the conduct of your business, (b) infringe on any Aurenteni.com trade names, trademarks or copyrights, (c) contact or solicit other Aurenteni.com Club members, (d) use your Aurenteni.com Club membership in any manner or for any purpose other than selling Aurenteni.com products, (e) distribute Aurenteni.com products outside authorised sales channels, (f) engage in any unlawful, unfair or deceptive business practice, (g) fail to conduct your business in an honest and ethical manner, (h) engage in any abusive, tortious or unprofessional language or conduct, (i) violate any applicable law or regulation, (k)do anything to harm Aurenteni.com, its affiliates or other members, or degrade Aurenteni.com goodwill or reputation, or (l) do business with any person who does any of the foregoing.
9. Compliance. You are solely responsible for all aspects of operating your business. You agree to comply with all applicable national, local laws, ordinances and regulations in connection with the operation of your business and the sale and marketing of our products. You agree to indemnify and defend Aurenteni.com from any claims or demands in connection with your negligence, misconduct or violation of any laws.
10. Trademarks and Copyrights. You may not use the name Aurenteni.com or any confusingly similar names, in any manner. You may not use the name or likeness of any Aurenteni.com spokesperson, employee or other member. You may not copy or link to www.aurenteni.com. You may not copy or use any copyrighted text, graphics, CD-ROM or online content of Aurenteni.com. You may only copy or use designated Aurenteni.com product descriptions, product photographs, and .jpg files on your website to advertise products you purchased from Aurenteni.com for sale to your customers, and not in any other manner or for any other purpose. You may not delegate or authorise any other person to do so, whether on your behalf or otherwise.
